Stress Reduction & Healing

4-Week Shift Series

Living with chronic health conditions or pain is stressful, and the irony is that your doctor has probably told you to reduce stress. It can feel like a daunting task, more difficult than doing a protocol, changing diet, removing environmental toxins, or exercising more. Honestly, I literally laughed when my specialist told me to reduce stress. I thought it was impossible, but I've since learned that it's possible to reduce stress in the midst of a busy life. This series was created to give you a roadmap to peace, clarity, and authentic healing.

Stress negatively impacts health, and chronic conditions can arise as a result. Reducing stress is an extremely important component to healing from health issues, pain, and chronic conditions because it negatively affects the body's ability to heal. Why does it cause so much damage? When we're in stress response mode, a physiological process unfolds and our brain and body stop functioning at 100% because we're preparing to "fight the tiger." Stay in this state on a consistent basis, and our organs become stressed and unable to keep up. It's important to learn how to move from stress response mode to a state of relaxation and return your body to its natural, healthy state. In this series we dive into thought life which fuels stress, and I'm excited to share tools and tricks to turn it around. Find peace as you discover how to be true to yourself as you navigate your health journey. No matter where you are, know that there is real hope for a better tomorrow, and healing is possible.

"Research shows that around 87% of illnesses can be attributed to our thought life, and approximately 13% to diet, genetics and environment. Studies conclusively link more chronic diseases (also known as lifestyle diseases) to an epidemic of toxic emotions in our culture."
