Stress Reduction & Healing

4-Week Shift Series

Living with chronic health conditions or pain is stressful, and the irony is that your doctor may have told you to reduce stress. It can feel like a daunting task, more difficult than doing a protocol, changing diet, removing environmental toxins, or exercising more. Honestly, I literally laughed when my specialist told me to reduce stress. I thought it was impossible, but I've since learned that it's possible to reduce stress in the midst of a busy life and find peace, clarity, and authentic healing.

In this series we dive into thought life which fuels stress, and I'm excited to share tools and tricks to turn it around. Find peace as you discover how to be true to yourself as you navigate your health journey. No matter where you are, know that there is real hope for a better tomorrow, and healing is possible.

"Research shows that around 87% of illnesses can be attributed to our thought life, and approximately 13% to diet, genetics and environment. Studies conclusively link more chronic diseases (also known as lifestyle diseases) to an epidemic of toxic emotions in our culture."
