Payment & Rescheduling Policy

Payment Policy:
To honor your time together and devote the full length of the session to reiki and/or coaching, sessions are paid for when the session is booked.

Rescheduling/Cancelation Policy:
We understand that life happens and schedules change. If the need to reschedule or cancel an appointment arises, a minimum of 48 hours is required. Since Monica reserves the session time for each of her clients, a 48-hour notice is required. If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice, the client is responsible for the full cost of the session. Please contact Monica as soon you are aware of any changes.
